Refund and Returns Policy

This return policy is valid for 14 days after the date of your purchase. Thereafter, we cannot accept your return.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The item that you want to return must be in its original packaging and be unused to be eligible for a return.
We do not accept returns of vouchers.

To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We need to be informed of defective or damaged stock within 48 hours after delivery. Return the item to the relevant store you made the purchase at.

REFUNDS

Refunds will exclude all delivery fees

Credit card transactions will be refunded as Cash and the original invoice or receipt must be presented

SHIPPING

Return the item to the relevant store you made the purchase at.

Shipping your return item will be at your own cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
